Application
☆ Applied to purify those unqualified industrial oils like hydraulic oil, gas turbine oil and lubricating oil etc.
☆ Be used at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment in industrial and mine enterprises(for example in industry on petroleum, chemical, mine, power etc.) Ex-mark: ExdII CT4.、ExdII BT4.

Features
☆Equipped with high precise filter, the machine is powerful on filtering kinds of impurities. Fine particles can be drastically removed from the oil with large area and deep filter material. Iron containing fine impurities can also be filtered with our special permanent magnetic filter mounted on this machine.
☆ With excellent performance on demulsifying, advanced and special degassing and dehydrating system, applied with technology of combinational coalescing separation and vacuum duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, can separate water and gas from oil rapidly.
☆Adopt advanced medium of heat absorbing and cooling system, automatic constant temperature
control device, automatic liquid level control device, bubble elimination device and pressure protection device.
☆ Equipped with automatic double-infrared fluid level control system, to avert oil leakage when it running, can realize automatic filtering without any attention. The running state is indicated by the indicator lamp.
☆Heating system uses the optimization of pipeline design, heating load is low, to ensure uniform heating, the oil temperature is stable,to avoid aging oil.
☆Components of Electronic control system, electric motor, fan, heating system and solenoid valve applied to this machine are explosion proof, is of high anti-explosion and security grade.

This machine can be customized as customer’s requirement.
☆Equipped with PLC automatic intelligent control, touch screen operation, and dynamic display.
☆Pump, oil pump, the main components such as electric parts can choose imported famous brands.
☆Online moisture meter, frequency converter, flow meter with the function of accumulation are optional to be equipped.
☆The general whole machine structure is mobile open type, according to user requirements can be specially made into stationary, fully enclosed, semi-closed, eaves type, canvas tent, trailer type
